As a 30+ year longterm survivor, I know a thing or two about depression and isolation from an experiential point-of-view. Survival is magnificent, but it is not the end of the rainbow. Once one has secured the confident position of survivorship, then it's time to create some goals and turn that survival from a passive comfort-zone to an active, outward-focused place of service to others. This is when we become thrivers! Connecting to others in a heart-centered place of service is magical!
