I'm curious if any of those poz folks that developed diabetes also took DDI? I know I did and I know it was rumored that it had side effects that damaged the pancreas. I not only have diabetes, but I've had attacks of pancreatitis. I've never been a heavy drinker, which is usually how pancreatitis happens. My mom was diabetic, though, so I was already 50% likely to have it anyway. I took DDI in the early 90's, and back then it was still in trials and we had to sign a waver.
