I'm 54, found out I was poz 31 yrs ago and got really sick about 15 yrs ago in 2003. Only when I got sick did I start HAART. That's when I started having ED problems. Testosterone injections almost completely fixed the problem but it's a challenge to keep injecting yourself repeatedly. The ED pills don't help much. Lost my partner to Aids related cancer two years ago and haven't been interested in sex at all. I'll try the testosterone again if I ever meet Mr Right again =)

I'm HIV+ and have ED. None of the "boner" pills work for me -- I've tried them all. Anybody have any success with some other means of achieving an erection, medicinal or otherwise?

This makes sense...Kaletra is a horrible drug on so many levels.

I recently reported the problem of erectile dysfunction to my physician. He is now running other tests. I took the Ritonavir several years back but haven't in a very long time. I've been on Atripla for many, many years. He changed that to Stribild but not for this reason but due to the increase of nightmares. I also take testosterone injections. He said none of the meds I'm on should be causing this. Seeing a urologist next. I'm 56, partnered and have been living with this disease for 30 years.
