Wonderful. So, we get at risk men on PrEP. Seriously, that's wonderful. But, the question they might have is "now that I'm on PrEP using a condom everytime, where do I go to get my foreskin back?" Dr.s and the CDC recommend male genital mutilation as it reduces the risk of HIV transmission during heterosexual intercourse by 50% PrEP and a condom reduce that risk by almost 100% So, where does a man circumcised as a means to stop HIV get his whole penis back? I hate reCAPTCHA - it sucks!
