With Florida being a hotbed of new HIV diagnoses, most still believe their diagnoses is the end of their lives as they know it. U=U awareness would immensely assure them that with ART adherence that their lives in reality may not change at all. Shockingly, most local HIV organizations & even the worlds largest, AHF Healthcare, do not provide U=U education pamphlets!! WHY? Withholding this data is at minimum irresponsible and denies patients the sorely needed peace of mind.
Bruce Richman, thanks for mentioning it's based on science of TASP, pioneered by Julio Montaner, who endorsed U+U But now U=U needs to endorse TASP one needs to do TASP to achieve U=U. In 2014 a group of Montaner's patients created a petition to inform Canadians about TASP, B.C. was the only province where it was fully implemented, But Bruce Jumped in with good news of U=U, overshadowing the road to achieve that. Bruce please interview Julio for clarity on TASP

U=U is incredible. It's treating the person at the same time as making that person uninfectious. Aka TasP. The message should be everywhere.
