Giving Tuesday, the first Tuesday following Thanksgiving, was created as a day of giving following Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday shopping days. House of Mercy will participate in a community-wide #GivingTuesdayCLT campaign to raise $16,000 to help care for our residents living with AIDS who can no longer care for themselves. Our fundraising campaign will begin Nov. 14 and end on Giving Tuesday, Nov. 28. On Tuesday, Dec. 5 beginning at 5:45 pm, a reception at the House of Mercy residence will be held. We will announce funds raised during our Giving Tuesday campaign, commemorate World AIDS Day and celebrate House of Mercy’s 26 years of service.
